Birds of Bellwoods is an award winning folk-rock quartet currently based out of Toronto, Canada. Known for lush harmonies, engaging melodies and haunting lyricism, they are Stevie Joffe (Mandolin/Lead Vocals), Adrian Morningstar (Guitar/Vocals), Chris Blades (Banjo/Electric Guitar/Vocals), and Kintaro Akiyama (Upright Bass/Vocals). The group has packed venues throughout Ontario and beyond including The Mod Club, Lee's Palace, The Horseshoe Tavern, Soho House, and The Drake Underground. Upon release, their song ‘Come Home’ topped Spotify’s Canadian Viral Charts for over three weeks. 2015 featured performances at Boots and Hearts, TURF, KOI Fest, The Great Heart Festival, Hamilton Music and Film Festival, The Jasper Folk Music Festival, Festival of Good Things, sold out showcases at CMW and NXNE and more.
